Are your items safe?

We have extensively tested our items with a specialised accredited lab to the relevant legal requirements of BSI. BSI is the organisation which enforces safety standards to pretty much everything we use including dummy clips, teething toys, weaning items and much more. We are pleased they have all passed with flying colours.

How are we sustainable?

We take every measure to ensure we have a sustainable business. Our items and materials are ordered in bulk to reduce our carbon footprint, we hand pick our factories based on workers rights, quality and hygiene. Handmade items are made by me, Jennifer, in my studio in Scotland and I ensure I am paid the living wage, as is any casual workers I may employ.

When will I receive my order?

Our dispatch time is 1-5 working days, we always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. 

What is your shipping policy?

We currently use Royal Mail and EVRI tracked services, Royal Mail is the quickest option with a 24 hour delivery aim. please ensure you use the service that Is most reliable in your area.
